ESTELA ROBLES GALIANO - 1999
Full time painter. Has excelled as watercolorist, winning National and International Awards, but she also works oils, acrylics, pastels, mixed media, xylographs, monotypes and digital art. Her paintings have been published in novels, history and poetical books, covers of Telephone Directories and Tourist Guides (PR. 1992-93) and postcards. She has been art juror in multiple artistic activities; has spoken and exhibited on television and radio shows; and has been featured in numerous magazine and newspaper articles. Estela is member of the American Society of Portrait Artists and National Museum of Women in the Arts, Washington, D.C. and signature member of the Watercolor Association of Puerto Rico (AAPR) . She is listed in The World Who's Who of Women and The Dictionary of International Biography, Cambridge, England. Locally, former professor of Humanities and Sociology at the Catholic University and the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and Drawing and Painting workshop instructor at the University of Puerto Rico, and Colegio San Carlos, Aguadilla, PR.

Her works are included in public and private collections in Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Argentina, M�xico and the United States. Maintains her gallery in Internet and appears in 8 different International Galleries and in more than 100 browsers.
